The defendant shall calculate 34,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from July 11, 2020 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. The judgment deeming confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the defendant only submitted the original copy of the instant payment order, and did not appear on the date of pleading without submitting a specific written response. Thus, the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act).
