[Criminal Records] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on August 11, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on August 11, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 19, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant thief, within the D main points located in Seocheon-si, D on October 17, 2016, the victim E, in a cell phone case where the victim E puts the space on the toilet on the screen, in which the victim E puts the seat on the screen. The Defendant thief’s agricultural coke card was taken off.

In other words, they stolen them.

2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit, and fraud;

A. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant purchased food equivalent to the total market value of KRW 46,590, such as valleys, if he/she purchased from G Mart in Bupyeong-siF on October 16:12, 2016, and conducted as if he/she had legitimate right to use the stolen credit card as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, and presented it to Mart employee who is unaware of the circumstances.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards, and acquired food of 46,590 won.

B. On October 17, 2016, the Defendant settled 22,00 food costs at an I restaurant located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H on October 17, 2016, and presented the stolen credit card to the business owner who is aware of the fact that he had been duly entitled to use the stolen credit card, such as paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards and acquired food equivalent to 22,00 won.
