Any person who intends to manufacture, sell, or import broadcasting and communications equipment, and machinery which causes electromagnetic interference or is affected by electromagnetic waves, shall undergo conformity assessment (registration) conducted by the Minister of Science and ICT with respect to the relevant equipment, and shall not display (including cases where such equipment is posted on the Internet) or store such equipment for the purpose of selling or leasing it, which does not undergo conformity assessment.

Nevertheless, from August 15, 2019 to August 16, 2019, the Defendant displayed it on DKaf E (Internet) to sell broadcasting and communication equipment (name: product name: electric equipment - electric appliances - electric dynamics, manufacturing equipment : c, quantity: 1) that did not undergo conformity assessment (registration).
