1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
A. Of the size of 939 square meters in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gun, the respective points are indicated in the attached Form 21, 22, 23, 24, 21.
1. On January 10, 2013, the Plaintiff purchased C. C. 939 square meters from Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun on the same date, and completed the registration of ownership transfer. The Defendant, in sequence, connects each point of (i) the above land with 30 years prior to 31,22, 23, 24, and 21 square meters on the ground, cement brick structure and one-story housing (hereinafter “instant housing”), 69 square meters on the ground, 25, 26, 18, 17, and 25 square meters on the ground, and connected each point of (ii) the above land with 10 square meters on the ground, 30 square meters on the 10th anniversary of the land, 4th of the entire building, 100 square meters on the ground, 200 square meters on each of the above land, 30 square meters on each of the above land (hereinafter “the instant cement structure”) and 14th of the instant building, 200 square meters on each of the instant land.
According to the above facts, barring any special circumstance, the defendant possessed each of the buildings of this case and occupied, occupied, used the land of this case to interfere with the plaintiff's exercise of ownership and unjust enrichment equivalent to the rent for the land of this case. Thus, each of the buildings of this case is removed, delivered the land of this case to the plaintiff, and the plaintiff acquired the ownership of the land of this case.
