On August 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Defendant’s “D” road located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu; (b) an intersection where the victim E stores, four copies of the intersection where the victim E stores, and four parts of the rice Luxembourg market, with a living information site equivalent to KRW 16,000 in the market value.

2. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen the road front of “G” located in “G” located in “G” in the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) an intersection 7 lines kept in custody of the victim E; and (c) an intersection 22,000 won at the market price, such as the 4 parts of the rice Luxembourg market, which the victim E stores.

On November 1, 2016, around 12:35, the Defendant thefted “G” front of the “G” road located in the Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, with the victim E having a living information space equivalent to KRW 10,000 at the market price, such as five parts of the rice Luxembourg market where the victim E stores.

5. On December 2, 2016, around 09:01, the Defendant stolen the Defendant’s “I” road located in H of the Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, with an intersection in which the victim E stores, two copies of the intersection in which the victim E stores, and three copies of the rice Luxembourg market, etc., with a living information space equivalent to KRW 10,000,000.

On October 7, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Western Branch of the Daegu District Court on October 7, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 15, 2016, and is currently under suspension of execution. On February 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to non-detained for larceny with its subordinate branch of the Daegu District Court.
