A. On March 12, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 30 million to the Defendant on April 12, 2015, setting the due date for reimbursement of KRW 30 million.

B. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 30 million won with 5% interest per annum under the Civil Act from April 13, 2015, the following day following the due date to which the copy of the instant complaint was served, until March 25, 2016, and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.
