On January 23, 2017, at around 19:40, the Defendant opened an entrance at which no corrective measure is taken against the fishery products of the above C market, and intruded into the entrance, and had 13,000,000 won of the market price owned by the victim H at the I store operated by the victim H, and stolen it.

1. On December 23, 2016, around 03:10 on December 23, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the “K” located in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and stolen, with two computer monitors managed by L victims; (b) electric stoves, one drinking water, and five drinking water, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000.

2. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night buildings, opened a second floor door that was not corrected in the “N” store located in Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, and the second floor around December 23, 2016, and intruded into the two-story door, and was located therein.
