1. The Defendants jointly and severally committed against the Plaintiff as to KRW 66,086,578 and KRW 50,029,246 among them, from March 1, 2019.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Judgment without pleading(Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The portion of the Plaintiff’s claim for the payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 29678, May 21, 2019 and enforced June 1, 2019) is dismissed.
