The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 07:20 on November 22, 2019, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the victim C(22 years of age) and the drivership in front of the Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-si, and the victim C(22 years of age) and the drivership.
2. The facts charged in the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim’s express intent under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act. Since an agreement was submitted under the victim’s name including the victim’s intent not to punish the Defendant on December 26, 2019, the indictment against the instant facts charged in accordance with Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act is dismissed.
