The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below is just in finding the Defendants guilty of the facts charged in this case (excluding the part not guilty in the grounds of appeal) on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the degree of proving facts beyond the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence by violating logical and empirical rules and violating the rules of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles on the interpretation of proviso

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
