If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

1. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim B, stating, “The Defendant would make 14-person group travel per 6,50,000 won per person, using the flight code of the arrival of the Incheon Airport from March 27, 2015 to the victim B, using a smartphone conversations Kakaoox.”

However, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to allow the victim to travel as above, because he did not pay approximately KRW 40 million to the “C” travel agencies operated at the time, but was in the crisis of business closure because he was unable to pay it in full, and he did not have any personal obligation of KRW 5 million or more.

The Defendant received KRW 1.1 million from B as the down payment on the same day, and received KRW 300,000 from the victim D as the same name on January 20, 2015, and KRW 1.65,000 from B to the Defendant’s account under the remaining name on February 2, 2015, respectively, and acquired KRW 9.1 million from B on February 27, 2015, such as receiving KRW 6050,00 from B under the same name as the Defendant’s wife E account.

2. On January 29, 2015, the Defendant stated that “Around 20:00, the Defendant would deposit the down payment of KRW 4,50,000 to nine (9) traveled to Thailand and Cambodia for 4:5 days, but would be KRW 1,250,000 per capita at the original 1,250,000 per capita.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to allow the victim to travel in the same situation as Paragraph 1.

On January 30, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 4.5 million from the victim as the down payment, and on March 4, 2015, received KRW 5.855 million in total, such as receiving KRW 1,035,00,00 from the Defendant’s account under the name of the Defendant.

3. On February 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was cocks and scambling 3 cocks using Korean air flights arriving in cocks, starting from around March 30, 2015, at around March 20:30, and arriving in cocks.
