1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 16,231,870 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 2, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act), and the amendment of the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, part of the statutory interest rate claim is dismissed;
