2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

3) Since July 29, 2012, the Defendant deleted the indication of “Loman C” from the bulletin of the instant church from July 29, 2012, and C filed a petition to the ENo Association. 4) After organizing the 7 exclusive right committee for the instant church (hereinafter “the exclusive right committee”) on May 29, 2013, the ENo Association summoned Defendant and C on June 14, 2013 and on July 5, 2013, and conducted a verification inspection by visiting the instant church on July 21, 2013.

B. On July 14, 2013, when the resolution of 12 persons including the defendant, etc. on July 14, 2013 and the head of F, the defendant and the head of F, who were investigating the Plenipotentiary Conference, held a joint conference of the instant church and proposed the following agenda items, and passed the following agenda items with the consent of both the defendant, F, G, H, I, J, K, K, M, N,O, and 12 persons present at the meeting:
