Punishment of the crime
The Defendants dealt with psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (tentatively referred to as “copon”; hereinafter referred to as “coponons”) despite the fact that they are not narcotics-handlings, as follows:
1. The joint criminal conduct of Defendant A and P;
A. The Defendants committed the crime of smuggling on December 7, 2013 or
8. At around 18:00, at the residence of Defendant P in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Defendant A purchased a penphone from China, and conspired Defendant P to commit an act of hiding it into the Republic of Korea by hiding Defendant P’s baggage to China.
Thus, at around 19:00 of the same month, Defendant A purchased approximately 30 gh of the penphone from the above taxi driver at the 18th 19:0 of the same month to the Defendant P at the residence of AA located in the Cheongdo of China at around 19:00 (on the same day as China's local time, at around 20:0 of the same day) to the name-free Chinese taxi driver at least 800 UN (at the rate of KRW 1.4 million), and purchased approximately 30 g of the penphone from the above taxi driver. At around 19:00 of the same month, Defendant A promised to the air to return with the Defendant P at the seat of the Do of China at around 16:00 of the same month, and between the Defendant P concealed the penphone received as above at the seat of his own travel.
On December 19, 2013, at around 20:00 (19:00 on the same day as China’s local hours) the Defendants are accompanied by a guard room for travel with a icephone concealed in Part CA133 as above, and the said flights arrive at the Incheon National Port on December 19, 2013.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with each other to prevent philophones.
B. At around 01:00 on December 20, 2013, the Defendants: (a) at the 11st floor guest room near the Incheon International Airport near the Seo-gu Incheon International Airport located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) with A, put water together with A (at the entrance of the PE Tick; (c) sticking to the water so as not to contact one other as soon as possible; and (d) sticked to the water so as not to contact the water; and (e) end part of the unit abutting on the water.
