The Defendant is a person who operates a commercial sex trade establishment with the trade name "C" in heading 1627, 1727, 2013, and 2024 of Busan Jin-gu Btel.

1. On April 29, 2015, the Defendant received 120,000 won in return for male customers from the above officetel 1727 on April 29, 2015 and had female employees and sexual acts in waiting in the above family room.

2. Around 00:00 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant received 130,000 won in return for male customers from the above officetel 1727, and had the female employees waiting in the above heading room do sexual intercourse.

3. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant’s stated in the facts charged at around 21:30, “ around 19:30, May 19, 2014” is obvious that the Defendant is a clerical error.

In 2024, the above officetels received KRW 130,00 in return for male customers and had female employees waiting in the above room and sexual conduct.

Accordingly, the defendant had been engaged in arranging sexual traffic for business three times.
