A. A. There are several clans under the jurisdiction of the clan, which is the two South Koreas of the Joseon Dynasty D (hereinafter referred to as the “E”), which is composed of several clans under the jurisdiction of the clan, and among them, the defendant's clan, which is composed of five-year-old descendants F (F, G, and hereinafter referred to as “G”) and six-year-old descendants I (I, J, and K hereinafter referred to as “K”), and the plaintiff is the defendant's clan members of the defendant's clan.

B. L, et al., the 18-year-old grandchildren and two other persons, on September 2, 1917, were subject to the land assessment on the land for the Il-dong M forest in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu. After the death of L, N,O, and P, who are their children, completed the registration of the preservation of ownership of the above land on April 9, 1962 by making their co-ownership as 1/3, respectively.

C. On May 27, 1970, the land of this case was divided into 46,765 square meters in the land of Soyang-dong, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si (hereinafter “instant forest”). On June 17, 1995, H clan completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to M forest remaining after being divided into the land of this case.

In the case of the forest land of this case, the CO died on September 25, 1972 and Q Q completed the share transfer registration on November 11, 1993 due to inheritance. P died on February 12, 1981 and R completed the share transfer registration on April 4, 1997 due to inheritance due to the consultation and division. N died on February 25, 1987 and completed the share transfer registration on October 18, 1994 (S, T, U,V, W, and the Plaintiff’s share (S6/42, Plaintiff 4/42, and the remainder) on October 18, 1994.

E. On August 3, 2001, T completed the registration of transfer of shares on the ground of donation on July 30, 2001 with respect to the portion of 1/42 of the forest of this case to the Plaintiff.

F. On November 1, 2001, S has completed the registration of transfer of shares on May 6, 2003 with respect to each share of 1/42 shares in the forest of this case 6/42 shares on May 6, 2003 by X,Y, Z, AA, AB, and AC.

G. On October 13, 2014, the Goyang District Court Goyang Branch of the District Court (Seoul District Court Decision 19392, Oct. 13, 2014), the Plaintiff’s 5/42 shares below the Plaintiff’s 5/42 shares in the instant forest.
