Reasons

1. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant filed a lawsuit claiming compensation for damages against C and voluntarily adjusted to receive money from C by filing a lawsuit claiming compensation for damages with the Gwangju District Court 2013Kadan1904. On April 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) executed seizure of the attached list kept in Yong-Namnam A, a work site of the Gwangju District Court; and (b) the said goods are owned by the Plaintiff.
