A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime
The defendant, as a ship of Chinese nationality, purchased goods in the Republic of Korea by forging a credit card from a Chinese Chinese person (F) who became aware of the fact through a mobile phone hosting application around December 2016, as a ship of Chinese nationality.
Along with a proposal to the effect that “30% of the profits from the transfer of money from the sale of the goods will be made at the expense of receiving 30% of the profits,” a Chinese person under the above name is sent to the Defendant with a foreign bank or credit card company’s credit card company’s credit card issuance information, a single-name “ski machine”, which is a Mafic credit card and credit card forgery equipment with no information, without any information. The Defendant used the proposal and sent international special transmission by purchasing forged credit cards with forged credit cards.
It was intended to collect money from the sale of the goods or the money from the sale of the goods.

1. Accordingly, on February 2017, the Defendant forged one copy of the credit card under the name of the USSA SA Savling Sk Sk Sk’s company by entering the credit card personal information received through an international mail from the above Chinese, in the Defendant’s residence located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building 316 on February 2, 2017, by using the cell machine, without any information received from the above Chinese, and by entering the credit card information received through the mobile phone display.
The Defendant conspireds with the above-mentioned Chinese Chinese characters, and among around that time, up to February 20, 2017, the Defendant provided the credit cards listed in Chapter 19 in total in 19 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes (1).
2. On February 4, 2017, the Defendant purchased 17:27 Nowon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, one set of Nowon-gu, equivalent to KRW 750,00, from the J, which is located in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and presented one copy of the credit card in the name of the forged USSA Savling Sav Bank company to an employee.
