On June 9, 2016, the Defendant received 100,000 won from the female descendants, Vietnam, as the price for sexual traffic, and caused G to perform sexual intercourse at the said sexual traffic business establishment until August 16, 2016, by receiving 10,000 won or 150,000 won from the female descendants, who were unspecified male descendants at the said business establishment, and received 10,000 won or 150,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from the female descendants, or reported that the Defendant distributed the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts.
