1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 496,796,228 and KRW 46,094,632 from June 11, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the payment order became final and conclusive on February 2, 201 (Article 208(3)3 and Article 194 of the Civil Procedure Act).
