1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiffs were married couple, and around December 2009, Plaintiff A leased Nos. 605 and 606 of the 7th floor building underground of the 7th floor of the 1st floor of the 7th floor of the 7th floor of the 2009 Northern-gu, Busan (hereinafter the above section for exclusive use of the 7th floor is specified as the number of houses), and Plaintiff B operated “E-School” in subparagraph 606, and Plaintiff B operated “F Teaching School.”
B. G operated an Internet shopping mall company as a tenant of 603, and Defendant C is the owner of 603.
Defendant Agricultural Co., Ltd. is an insurer that entered into a fire insurance contract with Defendant C on April 28, 2012 regarding 603.
C. A fire within 603:30 on September 8, 2012 (hereinafter “instant fire”) was destroyed by fire, or destroyed by fire, etc., 605, 606, and 606, and 603 adjacent to the instant fire.
On September 24, 2012, the Busan Regional Police Agency investigated the fire site of this case with the following contents:
