1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the Plaintiff et al. as the Plaintiff, C Co., Ltd. (formerly: D: E, F Co., Ltd.; G and H Co., Ltd.); I; J (formerly: K) Co., Ltd.; L Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff”); seven companies, such as the Plaintiff; and C omits the entry of the “stock company” in the name of the said company; C is the “M”; E, “N”, “O”, and “P”, and the J are the enterprisers engaged in engineering business, as prescribed by Article 2 subparag. 1 of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act (hereinafter “Fair Trade Act”).

1) The current market situation of Q facilities checking service water refers to water supply and sewerage, but it is generally used as the term “water supply.” In general, dams refer to structures built for the purpose of water storage, soil and sand outflow prevention, and water intake by crossing mountain valleys or rivers. In general, the term “water storage facilities” refers to water supply facilities for the purpose of stockpiling irrigation water into irrigation water in a river. The term “relevant Q facilities checking service” refers to the service of surveying planned construction of facilities, such as Q and Q and other facilities managed by the Korea Water Resources Corporation, and repairing the necessary materials and human resources by systematically surveying the degree of deterioration of the facilities, including Q and other facilities managed by the Korea Water Resources Corporation. (2) The current status of the services for checking Q facilities, and the construction, maintenance, and management of dams, etc. are in charge of the Korea Water Resources Corporation established to comprehensively use and develop water resources.
