Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties concerned are corporations mainly engaged in coins and cash packing business, and the plaintiffs are employees employed by the defendant and work.

B. Rules of Employment and wage agreement 1) Rules of Employment (Enforcement on December 4, 2008; hereinafter “Rules of Employment”)

Article 1) The purpose of this Rule is to provide for the employment conditions and service regulations for the Defendant’s employees. (1) The period for the payment of benefits is classified into basic pay, allowances, bonuses, and retirement allowances. Except as otherwise provided, the period for the payment of benefits shall be from the first day of each month until the last day of the month, and shall be paid on the 25th day of each month. Provided, That in cases where an employee retires, the amount of benefits for the relevant month shall be paid on a daily basis. (2) In cases where an employee retires from office, the amount of benefits for the relevant month shall be paid on an daily basis. (3) In cases where an employee of Article 75 (Overtime Work) serves overtime, night, or holiday, allowances under the Labor Standards Act shall be paid on October 15, 2012; hereinafter referred to as “wages Convention”). < Amended by Act No. 11283, Oct. 15, 2012>

Article 1 (Basic Policy) The Convention is based on the basic policy to provide for matters concerning the wages of its members pursuant to Chapter 4 (Working Conditions) of the Collective Agreement and Article 33 (Negotiation of Wages). The scope of the application of this Convention is limited to members. (Scope of Application) The structure of wages (the structure and classification of wages) 1 is as follows:

2. Salary (basic allowances fixed as basic salary);

3. Monthly wages (2) Ordinary wages refers to basic wages. The average wages refer to all money and valuables paid, such as each fixed basic allowance, bonus, overtime work allowance, holiday work allowance, night work allowance, etc., in the ordinary wages, and the amount of compensation for actual expenses (the clothes, communication expenses, and driving subsidies) shall be excluded;
