Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.

The following circumstances acknowledged by each of the above evidence (i.e., ① the victim L, and theO, P, and R that have observed the signal of the victim driving vehicle from the investigative agency to this court consistently, and the victim driving vehicle stated that the vehicle was in conflict with the Defendant driving vehicle, which was directly under the right turn to the left at the intersection by receiving the left turn, and ② the crosswalk in the direction where the victim driving vehicle was in line with the Defendant driving vehicle.
