[Criminal Power] On April 25, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment, two years of suspended sentence, probation, and community service order 120 hours, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 30, 2013.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Defendant A, with knowledge of the fact that Defendant D received a rating in the name of “F Gameland” on the third floor of the E in common, provided customers with game contents different from that of “F Gameland” and operated a game hall by exchanging the results thereof, the Defendant was not more than influenced at the beginning of June 2012, and not more than influenced on June 2012.
