[Relation] Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, Defendant I, and Defendant J are former employees of “T” companies engaged in the business of manufacturing semiconductor elements operated by the victim S, and Defendant F and Defendant C are former employees of “T”, Defendant C, Defendant C and Defendant D, who were former employees of the business of manufacturing semiconductor elements operated by the victim S, and Defendant E are latter employees at the time of service of the noncommissioned Officers of the Jeju Navy 2, and Defendant E are metal wholesalers.

Defendants, with knowledge of the fact that the gold chips generated in the course of the production of the above “T” can be gained from disposing of the said chips to waste recyclers, metal wholesalers, etc., with the intent to cut off the said chips and dispose of them to metal wholesalers, etc. (Defendant E, who is the metal wholesalers, extracted the gold after purchasing it and intended to dispose of the said chips to precious wholesalers).

On September 5, 2014, Defendant A and the Defendants: (a) around 01:54, the “T” operated by the Victim S S in Pyeongtaek-si U; (b) the market price of the victim’s store located in the warehouse specified the market price of KRW 60 km 42,00,000,000; (c) W, X (each of the employees of each of the above companies), andY (which seem to have not been prosecuted as a crime of acquiring stolen chips) stated by Defendant E, there is a substantial difference in the price of the chips for disposal stated by the Defendant E (WW was 70,000,000 won per chips, X was 860,000 won, Y was 250,000,000 won, Defendant E’s statement, etc.); (d) according to the witness’s witness’s legal statement, the victim appears to have different from the market price of the stolen chips.
