3. The defendant shall preferentially purchase the office equipment and supplies entering the camping site through the plaintiff.

Article 5 (Apportionment of Income from Business) The defendant and the plaintiff shall make a decision by case through mutual consultation.

Article 8 (Other Matters)

1.Any content not described in this Agreement shall be determined by mutual agreement and may be modified under written agreement between the original and both parties.

The expenses incurred in creating camping places shall be paid 4,5120,000 won by March 1, 2015.

In the event of failure to comply with a payment commitment: The Plaintiff is going to proceed with the formation and mutual agreement to the G Campping site (H Il-gun, Jeonyang-gun) and to borrow the cost of creation (4,5120,000 won) and cooperate in the creation of a camping site.

Expenses incurred in addition to the above amounts of at least 4,5120,000 won.
