1. Forging a private document;

A. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant who forged a standard contract for private construction works on September 2, 2016: “1. Public mission: Multi-household construction works in Incheon Si-Gun E-Gun, Incheon, in the column for construction content in three copies of the standard contract for private construction works at an office operated by D located in Incheon Si-Gun, Incheon, on September 2, 2016;

2. The construction site: F by the Incheon Si-Gun;

3. Construction period: The period of construction shall commence October 2016, completed March 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the “midstanding”), and the contractor’s column, stating that “company name: G, representative: H, and contact number: Vice President A” and kept in custody next to the name of the said H.

G's painting was arbitrarily stamped.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged three copies of the standard contract for private construction works in the name of G(state), a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant who forged a subcontract for construction works on September 9, 2016, at an office operated by the Defendant in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, on September 11:00, 2016, “1. The name of the original cost-oriented construction project: the Multi-household E-Gun, Incheon-si, in the form of the subcontract for construction works;

2. The name of the subcontracted construction project: The construction project operator’s name (excluding civil engineering works incidental thereto) and the original business operator’s column stated “G: Trade name, name of the representative director, H, and contact number: The former has been kept in custody next to the name of H after being stated “B” in the former business operator’s column;

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged one copy of a subcontract agreement for construction works in the name of G (state) which is a private document on rights and obligations.

The Defendant, who is an employee of the Defendant, instructed J and K to “L to prepare a loan certificate in the name of G”, and J and K, upon the direction of the Defendant, borrowed from the creditor N in the blank in the office of a N Co., Ltd. operated by L in the name of G around 11:0 on September 12, 2016, the J and K, in accordance with the direction of the Defendant, “the loan certificate and the debtor G” in the blank in the office of the N Co., Ltd. operated by L in the area M 301 on September 11, 2016.
