1. Forgery of private documents;

A. “Stock transfer contract”: (a) the Defendant: (a) on April 12, 2016, at the Defendant’s house located in E apartment No. e apartment F at a macro-si on April 12, 2016, did not transfer the shares of C Co., Ltd. to the Defendant; and (b) on the computer,

2. It is confirmed that the shares were transferred by concluding a share transfer contract as set out above in consultation with each other. On April 12, 2016, the name and address of the transferor: G, resident registration number: H. H. H. **, the name and address of the transferee: H. H. H. *: I, resident registration number: F. M. : F. E apartment in the cityJ, and the name of the transferee: B’s seal was affixed to B. For the purpose of exercising the rights and obligations, the Defendant forged one copy of the share transfer contract in the name of B, which is a private document on the rights and obligations. (b) The Defendant forged the list of shareholders; (c) on the date and at the same place as set forth in paragraph (a) of the above 1; and (d) “D,9,500 shares”, “D,100 shares”, “D, 100 shares”, and the number of shares held by the shareholder and the head office registered at the bottom.

On August 12, 2016, the company name C Co., Ltd., the location of Gyeongnam-do, prepared and printed the "K In-house Director D" and marked a corporate seal that was kept in the ordinary custody next to the name of C Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, the defendant is a private document related to rights and obligations for the purpose of uttering C.
