1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 21,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 22, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.

2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 21 million won and 15% interest per annum from March 22, 2017 to the day of full payment. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 21 million won with the interest of 25% per annum. It is so decided as per Disposition.
