A as the representative director of the defendant limited liability company B, a person who is responsible for safety management for workers at the construction site of the new building E-building built by the above company.

1. When Defendant A and a representative director of a limited company B and a person responsible for the safety management of the construction site, and when the work is performed by assembling the mobile vision, Defendant A had a duty of care to set the wheels to the wheels of the mobile vision, such as brac and blacing, fixing part of the strings, installing the strings, etc., and to take necessary measures, such as installing the strings, or installing the strings, in order to prevent a sudden movement or electric wave. Defendant A had a duty of care to install the safety strings, prohibit the work from using the strings, and to take measures to wear the safety strings to the workers.

2. Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of the construction business of metal structures.

The defendant, who is the representative director, failed to take safety measures as above with respect to the defendant's business at the same time and place as paragraph (1).
