1. Basic facts
A. A. The Defendant Company, from May 1, 2001, implemented the membership B system as from May 1, 2001, Defendant Company: (a) accumulated points based on the purchase amount of the film rating of Defendant Company B, which was purchased by the members of the Defendant Company B; and (b) made the Defendant Company available B services provided by the Defendant Company. (c) In using the membership B services provided by the Defendant, the Defendant Company prepared terms and conditions to provide for all the rights, obligations, and related procedures of the members in order to use the membership B services provided by the Defendant.
Article 2 (Definitions) (1) A A A is a member service (hereinafter referred to as a "member service") provided by B for a member B, and the outline thereof is the same as described in Article 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
(3) A member B (hereinafter referred to as a "member") means a person who has obtained a membership card and has the authority to use it normally.
(5) A membership point (hereinafter referred to as a "member point") is set aside to be a member to use a membership service, and detailed matters concerning accumulation, use, etc. shall be as described in Articles 5, 6, and 7 of the Terms and Conditions.
Article 4 (Jointity Services) (1) Members may be entitled to accumulate points when viewing movies in the whole theater of B.
The specific accumulation method and accumulation criteria shall be provided in accordance with the points accumulation criteria in Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Members may exchange with gifts offered by B using accumulated points.
The specific points use method and use standard are provided in accordance with the points use standard under Article 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
3. Upon presenting a membership card at a partnership point, a member may receive separate benefits, such as a discount, according to a contract concluded between B and partnership points.
(4) The member selected as a VIP member each year from among the members shall be limited to the VIP card in the year in which he/she is selected as a VIP member.
