The plaintiff urged the defendant to perform his obligation over several occasions, but the defendant has not fulfilled his obligation until the expiration of the agreed term of payment.

Therefore, the defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 200,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.
