2. 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(13세미만미성년자강제추행) 피고인은 2012. 7. 30. 14:00경 안산시 단원구 F에 있는 피해자의 주거지 현관 앞에 피해자가 교회에 놓고 간 휴대폰을 전달해 주기 위해 찾아가 휴대폰을 피해자에게 건네준 다음 손으로 피해자의 가슴을 툭 치고 가는 방법으로 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.
