A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, at a distance of 106 meters from E middle school around the day, the Defendant operated a sports marina business with the trade name of arranging sexual traffic against unspecified male customers, which is prohibited in the educational environment protection zone.
