When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates Mati Citty Cargo Vehicles B.
No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible.
Nevertheless, on August 5, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 13:39 on August 5, 2020, the Defendant: (b) placed the number plate back as a standing signboard stating “ice sale” in order to avoid the crackdown on the violation of parking and stopping on the front road located in Donsan-gu, Busan-si; and (c) made it difficult to distinguish the registration license plate.
