피고인은 2020. 2. 5. 13:55경부터 같은 날 14:39경 사이, 성남시 분당구 B에 있는 피해자 C이 살고 있는 아파트에 이르러, 위 아파트 12층과 11층 사이의 비상계단 유리창을 통하여 잠겨 있지 않은 피해자 집의 베란다 창문을 열고 안으로 침입한 후, 방에 있던 시가 1,000만원 상당의 롤렉스 여성 시계 1개, 시가 200만원 상당의 티파니 목걸이, 시가 150만원 상당의 에르메스 팔찌, 시가 60만원 상당의 에르메스 귀걸이, 시가 60만원 상당의 귀걸이 3개 및 발찌 1개, 시가 150만원 상당의 순금 5돈(황금열쇠, 주화), 현금 150만원, 외화 50만원 등 합계 18,200,000원 상당의 금품을 가지고 나왔다.
