1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 106,568,00 and the Defendants B and C from June 18, 2005 to June 18, 2005, respectively.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Defendant B and C: Judgment based on each confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Defendant D: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
