On August 22, 2018, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff, including divorce, with the Suwon Family Court 2018Dhap51536, and was sentenced by the said court on April 18, 2019. The said judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2019.

(hereinafter “instant judgment”). In the instant judgment, active property, small property and its value considered as property subject to division between the Plaintiff and the Defendant are as shown in the attached Table 2.

1. The plaintiff and the defendant are divorced.

2. Property division:

A. At the same time, the Plaintiff received KRW 53,750,000 from the Defendant, and simultaneously implemented the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the division of property on one-half of the instant apartment units based on the fixed date of the judgment.

B. The Defendant paid KRW 53,750,000 to the Plaintiff at the same time with respect to the portion of 1/2 of the instant apartment as to the ownership transfer registration due to the division of property from the Plaintiff.

C. The defendant shall be exempted from the obligation to return the lease deposit, which the plaintiff bears with respect to the apartment of this case.

3. The plaintiff shall be designated as a person with parental authority and guardian of the principal of the case.

4. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by each person;

On June 3, 2019, the Defendant deposited KRW 53,750,00,00 in Suwon District Court No. 62034, 2019 with the Plaintiff as the principal deposit in accordance with the instant judgment on June 3, 2019, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for 1/2 shares owned by the Plaintiff among the instant real property under the name of the Defendant.
