1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The plaintiff is seeking delivery on the premise that the defendant possessed the goods listed in the separate sheet, but the evidence submitted in this case alone is insufficient to recognize that the defendant possessed the goods listed in the previous sheet, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
(M) In doing so, there is no dispute between the parties as to the fact that the defendant transferred dental clinics with the goods listed in the separate sheet to another person, and currently the defendant did not possess the said goods. Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is dismissed as it is without merit.
