1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) deliver the buildings listed in the annex sheet;
(b) From November 15, 2015, KRW 9,700,00 and KRW 15.
Reasons
1. On September 1, 2010, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the real estate indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 10,000,00, monthly rent of KRW 300,000; and (b) on September 12, 2012, the Plaintiff renewed each contract with KRW 350,000 as the rent of September 12, 2012; (b) on September 12, 2014, as the Plaintiff terminated the contract with the Defendant for the overdue payment of rent of KRW 40,00,00; (c) thus, the Plaintiff sought the delivery of real estate and the payment of overdue rent of KRW 2.
