1. Violation of the Customs Act;

A. From September 8, 2017 to October 24, 2017, Defendant H, Defendant A, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D conspired to import gold bars into Korea by concealing the gold bars purchased from Hong Kong in the steering gear boat box and avoiding customs requisition.

Defendant

H The Defendant A, while residing in Korea and selling gold bars, purchased solar rings of 107,536,00 won at Hong Kong to conceal 2kg and gold bars equivalent to the market price. Defendant A, at the office located in Hong Kong, divided the gold bars purchased by Defendant A into three by the Defendant A, and then returned the lighting fixtures to Korea through the Hong Kong Logistics Company.
