Punishment of the crime
1. On March 27, 2019, at around 18:10, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, at the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeonggi-si B, the following dismissal part of the prosecution that was dismissed, thereby threatening C to report to the police as described in paragraph 1, and C, “If a domestic police report is made to the police, he/she shall be declared to the police.” On March 27, 2019, the Defendant reported C by phone call to the 112 Report Center that “the police officer killed” was false, although he/she was not dead.
