The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On December 12, 2018, the Defendant, at around 18:20 on December 12, 2018, 2018, abused the victim’s shoulder 2-line platform in Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games, with the victim B (nife, 25 years of age), without any reason, on the part of the victim, who stated that “I cannot work because I do so due to the same kind of flag as a baby and flag,” without any reason.
2. Determination
(a) Crimes of non-compliance with will: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act;
B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish him.
(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
