대여금
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 200,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 6, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 210,00,000 to the Defendant on May 18, 2007, and KRW 40,000,000 on November 30, 2009, and KRW 150,000,00 on May 25, 2010. The Defendant agreed to pay interest equivalent to KRW 2-3% of the interest, and finally repay the loan by June 30, 2012.
B. On October 3, 2012, the Defendant claimed the payment of KRW 10,000,000 out of the leased principal of KRW 210,00,000,000 and did not repay the remainder of KRW 200,000. Thus, upon the instant claim, the Defendant claimed the payment of the loan and delay damages.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
