[criminal record] On December 19, 2014, Defendant V was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for fraud on December 19, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2014.

[Criminal facts]

1. On September 2013, Defendant V entered into a contract with AA, other than a public prosecution, which is a de facto manager of X (hereinafter “X”) that promotes the construction of a new apartment house with Wilwon in the Seoul detention center, under which the Defendant entered into a contract with the Z Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Z”) to acquire the business rights and stocks of the said W apartment house construction project (hereinafter “instant project”), and entered into with AA, which is a de facto manager of the said company (hereinafter “Z”), who is a de facto manager of the said W apartment house construction project (hereinafter “X”).

However, not only the above AA did not pay the purchase price of the project site, but also could not start the construction of the new housing construction project with the delegation from the above AA. However, the defendant had B, N et al. conduct the overall construction of the said new housing project with the authority delegated by the above AA, and had B, N et al. conduct the construction of the said new housing project from March 2014, the purchase price of the site, and had B, N et al. conduct the construction of the said new housing construction project, such as removal of the said new housing construction project, landscaping construction, sale by proxy, and planned to receive the construction deposit and obtain it.

A. Defendant V instructed the above B, who had continuously interviewed with the Defendant in a general meeting or change of place at around that time, to enter into a contract for the removal construction work with the subcontractor for the removal construction work within the project site and to receive the deposit. Defendant V delegated the removal construction contract to the attorney AB in the name of the Z.
