On December 11, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.170% among the blood transfusion around 03:08, driven BSS5 car at a distance of approximately 100 meters to the front of the hotel, on a lot that is located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-dong, on the road for Chungcheong Kim Jong-dong located in the same Dong-dong.
