1. The defendant shall pay 20 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 13, 2013 to the day of complete payment.

According to the purport of the evidence Nos. 1 through 7 of the judgment as to the claim, it is acknowledged that the Plaintiff supplied building stones equivalent to KRW 24 million (including value-added tax) at the request of the Defendant at the site of the new construction works of the B neighborhood living facilities that the Defendant performed at the request of the Defendant, at the request of the Defendant, at the site of the new construction works of the B neighborhood living facilities. According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20 million won payable among the price of stone supplied (44 million won-24 million won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 13, 2013 to the day of complete payment, as claimed by the plaintiff, from August 13, 2013 to the day of complete payment.
