1. The defendant shall pay 40 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from August 1, 2006 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On June 12, 2006, Suwon District Court Decision 2005Da54346 decided on June 12, 2006, the Plaintiff received and confirmed a ruling of recommending reconciliation against the Defendant. However, in order to interrupt extinctive prescription as to the principal and interest of the claim recommending reconciliation, the Plaintiff re-sponsed for the interruption of extinctive prescription (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act).
