1. Of the buildings listed in the attached list, the Defendant indicated in the attached list 130.93 square meters on the second floor, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 1.

Reasons

1. On April 6, 2014, the Plaintiff leased the building specified in the Disposition No. 1 to the Defendant a deposit of KRW 5 million, KRW 400,000 per month, and the period from May 23, 2014 to May 24, 2016, and the Plaintiff terminated the said lease on the ground of the Defendant’s delinquency at least twice in payment.
